I realize not everyone likes flat boots, but Timberlands as well as Baby Phat have high heel boots, but you have to think realistically when it is icy on the sidewalks and it isn’t being salted. These boots were not chosen in no particular order, however, I must warn you, I do have a favorite! 

1. Timberland Women’s Waterproof 14 inch Premium Boot

When these boots are bought on sale they are well worth the money. Although these boots come in only the basic colors, tan and black, they are so versatile. They can be dressed up or down and for the readers who can’t abandon their heels, this boot is perfect because it actually has a small heel to add height.  Since it is winter, it is a good bargain since these particular boots are waterproof and they can be worn all year round, if preferred.

2. Nike Women’s Hi 3 Boot

Not many brands come in all colors that people love, but these Nike boots got it right. Not only do they have the basics, white, black, and brown, but they also have pink and red. Of course, the red and pink cost more, $40 extra. You get a lot of bang for the buck and they’re versatility speaks for itself. Just think, Valentine’s Day is coming up and wouldn’t the pink and black be the absolutely perfect color scheme? LOVE IT! And of course the white and silver  will go with just about anything and they’re only $60. Although these boots can’t be worn throughout the whole year, they’re fun to wear during the winter time and they will probably not be going out of style anytime soon.

3. “Akira” boots by Baby Phat

I couldn’t help myself, I had to place a pair of heels in this list! They are Baby Phat, and they are the masters in boots, especially in the winter. These boots unfortunately come only in black and brown but on the plus side, the heel isn’t that tall, 2.5”, and when it warms up they can be worn anytime. It has the embossed kitty logo on the back and a crest on the side. This “Akira” boot is perfect for a night on the town or even inside for a holiday party.

4. Dr. Marten’s Women’s 8 Eye Boot

This color is my favorite, PINK! I know I sound a little biased, but they come in awesome bright colors, even lime green. These go perfect with anything and they add a pop of color when you’re just trying to stand out in a crowd. And like the Timberlands and Baby Phat boots they can be worn all year round. They’ll go perfect for the springtime rain as well.
