This is a great book for anyone ages 16-20. Alyson Noel does a great job capturing the struggles that girls go through on the road to being popular.
Winter and her best friend, Sloane, made a pact to become popular together and swore that they would stick together. However, when Sloane finds it easier to become friends with the most popular girls in school, she is more than willing to leave Winter in the dust. Winter tries repeatedly to fit in, but has no success. Furious with her former best friends betrayal, Winter begins a blog that features all of Sloane’s dirty secrets. Of course the blog is anonymous, but it wouldn’t stay that way for long!
This book was a very entertaining read. It’s easy to get caught up with Winter as she struggles to find her place in the social scene and as she tries to find herself. Be sure to check this book out!
