Every Crooked Pot by Renee Rosen is a great book for anyone ages 14 and older.
With a birthmark covering her right eye, Nina has never felt normal. As she tries to survive high school she struggles with her eccentric father and not being able to find a boyfriend, she blames everything on her birthmark. She spends most of her time trying to come up with ways to cover up the birthmark that she thinks is ruining her life. She experiments with make up and hairstyles but nothing seems to work. So, she tries everything that she can think of to fit in and end up in a bunch of crazy adventures.
This book is a good read and very interesting. The funny adventures that Nina has are sure to keep you entertained!
