To be exact on which movie it was Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery from 1997. There are actually three Austin Power movies that have been made. All of which, Mike Myers played the man himself Austin Powers and Dr. Evil. These movies have drawn audiences of all ages.

Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery was written by Mike Myers, who also played the lead hero and Dr. Evil. The movie's most memorable quote is "If he were any cooler, he'd still be frozen, baby!", which is said by Austin Powers. Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery about a British hipster secret agent Austin Powers (Mike Myers) is brought out of cryofreeze to oppose his greatest arch-enemy Dr. Evil (Mike Myers) into the 1990s. Austin was then released, after thirty years, and is now thawed back into action to once again battle Dr. Evil. Austin wakes up somewhere in Nevada and steals a nuclear weapon and holds the world hostage. Dr. Evil he gets a new sidekick Miss Vanessa Kensington, who is played by Elizabeth Hurley, his ex-partner's daughter and they go to Vegas where they must stop Dr. Evil's outrageous plot to control the world for 100 billion dollars!

The second movie is Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me , which premiered on June 11, 1999. The movie was writtened by Mike Myers with help from Michael McCullers. Two years after he had been awaken sex obsessed 60's British secret agent Austin Powers is still on his honeymoon. He comes to find out his wife Vanessa is a fem-bot, created by Dr. Evil to assassinate him. Austin it is about to get a lot worse when Dr. Evil travels back through time to the year 1969 and he steals Austin's Mojo (Austin's body-fluid that makes attractive to the opposite sex) leaving Austin womanless. Austin then travels back to 1969 ,with the help of CIA agent Felicity Shagwell. As both Austin and Felicity must not only recover Austin's mojo, they must also stop Dr. Evil from wiping out Washington DC with a laser gun Dr. Evil has constructed on the moon.

The newest and last movie of the Austin Power movies is Austin Powers: Goldmember, which premiered on July 26, 2002. This movie was written by Mike Myers and Michael McCullers. Austin has found his mojo, baby, and is back again in this shagadelic comedy-adventure! Dr. Evil and Mini-Me has escape from prison and joining forces with Goldmember, they kidnap Austin's father, master spy Nigel Powers, in a dastardly time-travel scheme to take over the world. Before you can say "Shake Your Booty," Austin cruises to 1975 and teams up with Foxxy Cleopatra to stop Dr. Evil and Goldmember from their mischievous mayhem.
