Teen Scene Magazine is committed to protecting your privacy online and in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy, the following discloses the information we collect, how we use it and whom we disclose it to.


Q: What personally identifiable information does Teen Scene collect?
A: We collect personal information through several outlets on Teen Scene. A few of these outlets include survey's and contests. The information is collected for you to complete your entry. It will be used to help us get a better understanding on how we can make Teen Scene better for you. We offer the opportunity to opt-in to receive more information from some third party companies. By opting in to such you are giving us the approval to give your information to that third party and/or sell the information to other outside parties. If you do not opt-in to receive information from any third party then your information will not be sold nor given to any third party.

As stated above, Teen Scene will not disclose or sell any of your personal information without you providing us with permission to do so. Advertising is sometimes sold through the Teen Scene newsletter, however none of your personal information will be disclosed to any third party without permission. Teen Scene will comply with a request for your personal information from any law enforcement or regulatory agency or when any applicable law, regulation or legal process requires it.

Teen Scene Magazine is mainly directed towards teenagers 13 years old or older. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept any information from those younger than 13 years old.


Q: How does Teen Scene Magazine use the information that is collected?
A: The information we collect from you is used to provide you with better content and service that you would like from us. Your information is put into a safe database, and is only accessed by request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency, or when any applicable law, regulation or legal process requires it. The only other people that may access the information are the executive Teen Scene Magazine staff members.

Q: Is my privacy protected if I link to another site from Teen Scene?
A: Our site may contain links to other sites, including sponsor promotions, contests, sweepstakes, affiliate sites, and advertisements.
