As she walked into rehab Adrianna new she wasn't in West Beverly anymore, and she knew that the life as she knew it was about to be a distant memory. Especially her relationship with best friend Naomi. Naomi hasn't answered her calls, at all, and she doesn't know what to do.

That's the down, on the up Annie is preparing to get her driving permit, and she seems to have landed a soon-to-be love interest in Ethan. How do you know? When Ethan's uncomfortable with his soon to be girlfriend (hopefully) hanging out with former love Naomi before the dance.

Annie past her test and is now the proud owner of a California drivers permit, and Adrianna is feeling beyond down and out on herself. Not able to forgive herself for putting friend Naomi what she put her through she turns to unassuming Navid for help. He says he'll help, but his tone is all too hesitant.

Adrianna hasn't moved on from her best friend, but it seems as if Naomi has, and has moved onto a new one...Annie. Getting ready, going to the dance together, and suddenly acting very chummy comes to a hault when Naomi notices Annie dancing with Ethan. Rule number one don't date your friends ex. Rule number two, follow rule number one. But we all know Annie isn't as innocent as she looks!

It hit the fan at the dance! Adrianna showed up and confronted Naomi, right before she was about to have a little talk with Annie. Naomi, being fed up with trying to "save" Adrianna, walks away and leaves her behind in the dust. Adrianna has to stand on her own two feet now. Meanwhile Mr. Matthews busts new student Kimberly buying drugs, and as it turns out it's a set up! Kimberly is a cop!

By the end of this week's episode everyone was singing a different tune. Annie was making out with Ethan after Naomi asked her, as a friend, not to be with him. Naomi didn't stray too far from Adrianna's side and took her back to rehab, and Mr. Matthews even got some action from the new cop in town!
