In the second episode of The Secret Life of the American Teenager viewers have a chance to finally meet Ben’s Bologna Fling, Maria. Maria and Ben are caught sneaking around in Ben’s bedroom when his father comes in and wonders what’s going on. Afterwards, Amy and Anne are still out of town, and is grocery shopping when Anne runs into her old high school boyfriend who has a son that flirts with Amy. Amy is immediately attracted to this random guy named Jimmy and exchanges phone numbers with him.

Meanwhile, back at the Juergen’s house Ashley is having her first ever sleepover with Griffin and seems to be enjoying his company. Ashley and Griffin discuss his sexuality and his openness with it. Ashley’s father interrupts the sleepover while Griffin is wearing a face mask and jokes about whether or not he is really not into girls. Shortly after, Grace’s mother goes out with her new boyfriend and has sex with him for the first time. After they are done having sex Jeff, Kathleen’s (Grace’s Mom) boyfriend’s mother walks in and meets Kathleen for the first time and instantly likes her. When Kathleen returns home she finds out that Grace is having sex with herself and doesn’t plan to see Jack again. Jack later finds out about Grace’s new doings and is worried whether or not he should still be in a relationship with her.

Consequently, Amy finally returns home without her mother, whom still is out of town staying with her mother Mimzy. Amy’s dad questions how she returned home alone and Amy informs him that she recently just got her license, and he becomes upset because he wasn’t there.

As the show finally comes to an end, Adrian receives a phone call from a classmate at school that says she just had sex with Ricky, because Adrian had sex with her boyfriend before. Adrian becomes furious and throws her phone at the ground; meanwhile Amy and Ricky continue to discuss custody plans for their son, John.

How will Adrian React to Ricky’s little secret? Will Ricky take things to court and make sure he has the custody rights? Will Amy and Ben finally break up? Stay tuned to next week’s episode to find out what happens.
