Amanda, who is still sad that she seems like the only one who hasn’t been promoted lately, decided to collaborate with roommate Helen, who seems like she has a talent for sewing. However, the plan does not go too far, although Amanda realises that she is a STYLIST!

Daniel tries to relive his youth this week, by becoming a model. However, he finds it hard to keep up, trying to lose weight to fit in with the rest of the models in the fitting rooms. It is here, where he unwittingly meets his brother, Tyler a.k.a South Dakota, who has come to Mode to meet Claire, yet somehow becomes a Model. In the end, Daniel realises that he is too old to become and model and lets the younger models do what they do best. Tyler finds out, from Claire, his biological mother and they decide, in the interest of Daniel, that they will keep it secret for the time being.

Hilda this week complains to Bobby that she’s finding it hard to break even with her salon, and tells him that she wishes it would get struck by lightning so she could revamp it with the insurance money. By luck, the salon is set on fire, yet it has Marissa’s new clothing in it. It’s left singed, yet with the aid of innovative Amanda, it looks better than before. We’re left wondering who started the fire, Bobby, or Justin who is seen hiding his cigarettes and lighter.
