This season of 'The Bachelor' had the most dramatic rose ceremony ever. As the viewers watched Brad Womack send Jenni home, they thought DeAnna was the one he would propose too. In a dramatic turn of events, he also sent DeAnna home.
One of the stars of Nickelodeon's hit TV show, Just Jordan,
actor Justin Chon talked with Teen Scene recently. Originally from
Orange County, California, Justin got his jump start in acting because
he wanted to do something different than what his friends were doing.
Justin plays Tony Lee, Jordan's best friend on Just Jordan. "He
tries to get all the ladies, but falls short all the time." Justin
recalls that on the set, "I got elbowed in the eye by one of the cast
members and I played it off cool as if I was a tough guy and it didn't
hurt, but the truth is, it hurt badly!"
21-year old Canadian star Suzie Pollard stars in the popular show, Beyond the Break.
On an all-girls surfing team, Suzie plays the lead of Dawn. "She is the
strongest surfer in the Wavesync house and she knows it. Her confident
attitude can get her into trouble with her roommates." Suzie learned to
surf before they started filming in Hawaii, but she had a rude
awakening. "We had the most intense training session with the top water
guys in Hawaii. It was crazy!" With all the surfing Suzie has to do
you'd think she wouldn't be surfing on her downtime, but that isn't the
case. "Surfing is the hardest thing I have ever tried so I need a lot
more practice to feel confident!"
Rachel Melvin who plays Chelsea Benson, a misguided teen on the hit daytime drama "Days of Our Lives" recently talked with Teen Scene.
She may be a vixen on TV, but Rachel is the opposite of Chelsea. Rachel
told us that when fans come up to her they say, "You're so different
from your character."
It looks like comedy TV shows are making a comeback thanks to shows
like UPN's hit "Everybody Hates Chris". Based on actor/comedian Chris
Rock's childhood in Brooklyn, this family comedy touches on everything
from school to girls to parties. Chris quickly becomes friends with
Greg, played by Vincent Martella, after being picked on by the school
bullies.
