melroseplace_copy.jpgFall doesn’t only mean back to school season, the end of summer, and the falling of the leaves from the trees. It also means the return of your favorite television shows from summer hiatus and the introduction of new shows on your favorite channels. Below are four shows sure to grab your attention and having you anxiously awaiting the next new episode:

Melrose Place is returning to your television sets this fall on the CW following the networks successful revival of 90210. For everyone not familiar with the popular 90’s show, Melrose Place follows the lives of the young adults living in one of Los Angeles most exclusive apartment complex. The teaser for the pilot promises blackmail, adultery, prostitution, cougar seduction, and girl on girl. This show even brings back a few original cast members in guest spots and features Ashlee Simpson.

glee.jpgGlee comes to Fox this season from the creators of Nip/Tuck after a highly successful preview episode last spring. Glee is the story of the eccentric members of the high school glee club and Will, the Spanish teacher who decides to lead it. The drama follows their struggles and achievements as they try to win the national competition while injecting the humorous moments that entail high school life.

v.jpgV on ABC this season is sure to grab the attention of science fiction aficionados. Based on a 1980s miniseries, V follows earth’s first interaction with extra terrestrials who can be seen in ships over every major city in the world. The extra terrestrials claim they want to trade technology for supplies that they need to survive, gaining the attention of skeptic FBI agent Erica Evans who believes they have another plan in mind. This fast paced thriller is sure to keep you on the edge of your seats with its creative storyline.

on NBC will bring your favorite comedian Joel McHale from VH1’s The Soup to your television sets this fall in a comedy about a lawyer who had his license revoked after it is discovered he has college credentials from an unacceptable source outside the United States. Forced to obtain a legitimate degree in order to get his license reinstated, Jeff (Joel McHale) enrolls at Greendale Community College. It is here he creates a study group in an attempt to gain the affection of a fellow female classmate. His plans of slacking through college are about to change.
